Training & Development




Our Seniors train 48 Weeks per year for those that are keen to continue their skills training and maintain fitness levels. Seniors train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to approximately 20:30 at St Andrews Park (unless otherwise specified). It is free to train and our doors are always open to anyone who would like to get involved. Contact for more information.


Juniors & Miniroos

Our younger children generally train one time per week, but as they grow older our coaches increase the sessions to twice weekly to progress their development. Training takes place at Splendid Park, days and times do vary so contact the club for more information.
